MORE THAN A BAR
​
At MacGregor's, music is an incredibly important part of who we are. Our founder, Bruce MacGregor, is not only one of the original and current members of Scottish supergroup Blazin' Fiddles, and former presenter of BBC Scotland's Travelling Folk, but also one of Scotland's finest traditional musicians. You'll often find Bruce and his friends playing tunes in our bar, not only during our Sunday afternoon sessions, but throughout the rest of the week as the mood takes them.

There are also regular nights with singers, pianists and musicians of all genres.
We are also the 'spiritual' home of the Inverness whisky and gin festival, run the regular "Highland Malt Whisky Experience" and are the sister bar to the multi - award winning venue, Bogbain Farm.

We Are Open for Private Events
We also have our own secret speakeasy which is a private space that holds around 25 people.
