The rules state we have to shut at 10pm so we opened earlier and introduced breakfasts which have been wonderful
The rules state we have to drink alcohol outside and with a little help from our friends at Limelights we covered our beer garden and we've added gas and electric heaters.
There's no background music allowed whcih has created the atmosphere of a morgue ...so we've found some online background pub sound effects ....which is just plain weird!
We've introduced sharing platters, afternoon teas, beer flights, gift vouchers and we've soldiered on.
We will be introducing loyalty cards, tasting events and more regular online music events.
Thank you to everyone who has come and supported us - it really means a lot. We're not blaming anyone for the restrictions - we are all in this together so when we say "Despite them" it really is aimed just at the virus.
