Head Chef David Macdonald has always had a passion for food. Initially progressing his early hospitality career in front of house, culminating in him attaining the position of Hotel Manager. His passion for food took him into the kitchen. With his high standards and bold flavours, his menu showcases the best that Scotland has to offer.
David has been creating fantastic dishes at MacGregor’s at the Ben since March 2022. He prides himself on keeping the menu fresh and inspiring, with as many local ingredients as possible.
